Put the square footage calculator on your own site

The calculator and the converter can run inside your own page. Choose what you want below, copy the code, and paste it wherever your site takes HTML — a WordPress “Custom HTML” block, a Squarespace code block, or a plain template.

What it costs: a visible link. The code includes a line under the widget that credits SqFt Math and links to the tool it came from. Keep that line and everything here is free, for any site, including a commercial one. The link sits outside the frame on purpose — a link inside an iframe is a link on our page, not yours, and does nothing for either of us. It is marked nofollow, as Google asks of any link that comes with a widget, so it passes readers, not search ranking.

What runs inside the frame. The calculator, and nothing else: no ads, no analytics, no cookies, no third-party requests once the page has loaded. Your readers’ consent is your business, and this widget does not spend any of it. How the site handles data covers what happens on our own pages.

It sizes itself. The frame tells your page how tall it needs to be, and the short script at the end of the code listens for that message — from this site’s address only, for that frame only — and sets the height. Leave the script out and the widget keeps the height you choose and scrolls inside itself; nothing breaks either way.

It follows your design as far as it can. Pick a light or dark theme to match your page, or let it follow each reader’s own setting. Links inside the frame open in a new tab, so a reader is never taken off your page.

Build your embed code

Without it the widget keeps the height above and scrolls inside itself.
